• Bronco: 20 players, 1 team (discussion to move some 6th graders to Pony)

• Pony: 7 players, 1 team

Softball

• Peanut: 22 players, 2 teams

• PeeWee: 31 players, 3 teams

• Freshman: 24 players, 2 teams

• Sophomore: 19 players, 2 teams

• Senior: 10 players, 1 team

Coaches were reviewed and approved for each division.

Coaches Meeting

March 15 at 3:00 PM – Oreana Firehouse

• Teams will be formed

• Practice schedules will be selected

Parent Meeting

March 22 – Elementary Cafeteria

An agenda is being finalized. This meeting will review season expectations, communication, and league updates.

Field Improvement Updates

Middle Diamond

• Estimated $5,500 in improvements

• Planned upgrades include concrete, benches, and roofing

• Presentations will be made to the school board and Argenta in Motion regarding potential funding support

West Diamond

• Dirt improvements planned for home plate and first base

• Meeting scheduled to review bathroom addition estimates (estimated $8,000–$10,000)

• Exploring gutter and rock donations with signage recognition

• Looking into lighting options and possible Ameren programs

Insurance

The board is reviewing current coverage and policy details.

Pitching Mounds

One pitching mound will be purchased for West Diamond.

Uniforms

• Boys will have mesh blue hats with large logo

• Sponsor logos will appear on both jersey sleeves

• Sublimation was not selected due to added cost

Fundraising

Krispy Kreme fundraiser will run March 22 through April 11.
Orders will be distributed at the parent meeting and collected through the school.
Pickup is scheduled for April 24 with distribution on picture day, April 25.

Additional Updates

• Volleyball season concluded; remaining concessions will be used for the talent show on March 25

• Umpire scheduling transition plan in place for baseball, softball, and basketball
